Jujutsu Kaisen's Animation Split the Fanbase for Good Reasons

Jujutsu Kaisen's animation changed dramatically between Season 1's polished detail and Season 2's sketchy, kinetic style. This shift, while controversial among fans who preferred the clean aesthetic, actually serves the series' horror elements and action choreography better. Compared to consistent shonen like Bleach or the evolving but traditional Naruto, JJK's rough Season 2 look captures Gege Akutami's manga energy and allows for more expressive, brutal fight scenes despite production constraints.
